Property and Asset Management
First LandMark, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guardian Management Inc. provides comprehensive property management services for its proprietary rental apartment properties, as well as for third party apartment owners.

As a result of our extensive experience since 1971, we are able to employ highly competent individuals, both on-site and in senior positions, to execute the specific strategies and tactics that are optimally suited to a given asset, thereby having the highest probability of achieving the property owner’s objectives.

Construction/Rehabilitation Management
Having owned and operated a wide range of apartment communities, from new to 40+ years old, from Class A to Class C, our firm has developed extensive experience as it relates to the maintenance, repair, and in some cases the rehabilitation and repositioning of a wide range of apartment communities.

Our senior construction manager, who is a licensed and experienced general contractor, has built housing, both attached and detached, from the ground up. He has also supervised all types of repairs, from major rehabs to more minor renovations, of properties of various ages and sizes.

As a result of our firm’s experience as well as the expertise of our associates, we are able to get repair work done at favorable cost, on time, and at a quality level that is consistent with ours and the owner’s expectations.

Investment/Acquisition
Since 1971, First LandMark has been an owner and operator of a diverse array of multi-family properties.

We have acquired over 30 apartment communities totaling more than 5,000 units in the Carolinas. Those communities have ranged from 44 to 353 units, from new to 40+ years old, from Class A to Class C.

In terms of size, age, and asset class, we do not limit our investment activity to any one predetermined apartment property type. Instead, we invest in all types of apartment communities provided they are investments that make sense.
