A brochure entitled Client Guide to Banking System Changes was mailed to all account owners and account signers on or before September 27th. An electronic copy of the brochure can be found [HERE]. Other important dates, links to supplementary demos, instructions and guides are provided below.

You current VISA™ debit card is being replaced with a new MasterCard™ EMV chip-enabled debit card. It will have a new card number and a new Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you have used your debit card within the past eighteen (18) months, a new card and PIN will be issued to you in two separate mailings prior to Monday, October 22nd. Your new card can be activated beginning Monday, October 29th. Please contact a banking representative if you did not receive both mailed items.

Please continue to use your existing VISA™ debit card until Monday, October 29th. On Monday, October 29th, activate your new MasterCard™ and begin using it. Please destroy your existing VISA ™ debit card after Monday, October 29th, as it will no longer work.

Be sure to change any automatic payments that you have previously established on your VISA™ card to your new MasterCard™. Instructions to change your PIN were included in your PIN mailer, or you can visit a First Landmark Bank location for assistance.
